Kristina Cranfield

I was born in Lithuania and raised in the city of Kaunas, where the values of hard work and resilience were the foundations of daily life. In our home, practicality came first — art and creativity were luxuries rarely entertained. Yet, something quietly stirred within me during childhood art lessons — a flicker of curiosity, a gentle love for colour, shape, and self-expression that would patiently wait for its time to bloom.

Years later, after moving to the UK at twenty-two, I found myself following a familiar rhythm — working hard, chasing progress, always moving forward. But life has a way of guiding us back to what matters. In the midst of health challenges and deep exhaustion, I was offered something unexpected: a pause. A space to breathe, to reflect, to remember who I was beyond the busyness.

It was in that stillness that I discovered acrylic pouring — a fluid, expressive technique that felt like freedom. Each movement, each unexpected swirl of pigment, rekindled the passion I had once set aside. It was as though my love for painting had quietly waited for me, and now, it welcomed me home.

Today, my art is rooted in that rediscovery. Each piece I create is a reflection of elegance, emotion, and the transformative power of beauty. Abstract art for me is the self-expression of unspoken feelings and emotions. My work is not just about colour on canvas — it’s about creating a moment. A feeling. A reminder that amidst life’s rush, there is still space for stillness, wonder, and joy.

I invite you to explore my world of art — where movement meets serenity, and where every creation is made to inspire, uplift, and connect.

Let’s bring beauty into your life — with intention, with soul, and with art.
