Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
I provide global shipping for all artworks. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-3 business days to the UK, 1-2 weeks to Europe and in 2-3 weeks Worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated during the purchase process. You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and secure route via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Returns and Refunds on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, I will arrange a refund for damaged artwork and shipping.
Customs
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and clearance fees that may apply in your country. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
